Join us on Saturday, May 21, 2022 for the 2022 KCACTF National Awards Ceremony,
hosted on Zoom by KCACTF alums Kala Ross (Ryans ’19 and ’20), Jimmy Nguyen (Ryans
’20), and Nadel Henville (ASPIRE Arts Leadership ’21).

The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM EDT and will be followed by a virtual after party!

We have so much to celebrate at the end of the 2022 National Festival! Many schools
shared their impactful productions at Regional Festivals and will be recognized for their
achievements. Several theatre educators will be honored for their years of dedication to
teaching. All of the students who attended the National Festival events will be
recognized—and we will announce national awardees, fellowships, and the recipients of
professional development residencies.

Undoubtedly, this year has been another very difficult and disappointing one. But that
hasn’t stopped KCACTF participants from pouring ingenuity, empathy, and joy into the
world. Let’s gather [virtually] and celebrate the places we’ve been, and the places we’ll
reach on our journey forward.
