Reimbursement:  KCACTF Region IV will reimburse mileage at the rate of $0.35 per mile.  Respondents will be directed to an online claim form for reimbursement of mileage after they have submitted their written response online.  If a school requests a respondent that is significantly farther away than someone who is available more locally, the school may be asked to pay for that respondent’s travel. 

It is customary for the host institution to pay for a meal for respondents.  In addition, it is sometimes necessary for schools to pay for hotel accommodation due to travel distance required.  Respondents must notify schools immediately and in advance to plan these details and to make arrangements for reimbursement.
