If you also plan to participate in specific programs at the Regional Festival, you must also register for, or submit the appropriate materials for, your specific area(s) of interest.

Hotel Information
Below are hotels that have discounted rooms on hold for groups or individuals. Most hotels will provide an invoice if your school needs to pay by check.  Checks must be presented upon check-in unless the room is also secured with a credit card. All rooms are discounted for the nights of February 5-9, 2008 only.

Cut off date is January 15, 2008.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 12pm.
A deluxe continental breakfast is served from 6am until 9:30am during the week and until 10pm on the weekends.
